Tongabezi offers a luxurious, exclusive retreat for your time spent at the Victoria Falls. Each of the twelve houses and suites comes with its own valet, who will ensure your every need is catered for and will also provide a wealth of information on the local area. Set in attractive, lush gardens, many of the rooms look directly out over the Zambezi. The cottages are all on the riverbank with a very similar style, made up of stone floors, clawfoot baths, mosquito nets and rich, earthen tones. All of the cottages have an open side, allowing the African night air in and making you feel a part of the natural beauty all around you.

Further up the hill are the varied houses, each with a different character and selling point. All of these are luxurious, spacious and very imaginatively designed. So there is the Tree House, the Dog House, the Honeymoon House and the frankly bonkers Nut House. Whichever of these you choose, you are guaranteed outstanding comfort and service in a unit the likes of which you will almost certainly never stay in again! Elsewhere, there is a swimming pool, massage service, dining area, bar and deck next to the river, and a private jetty. In addition to the conventional Livingstone excursions, Tongabezi offers some quirky extras, including a private sampan dinner and a tour to the local village to visit the community projects in which they are closely involved.
