The Falls Resort is located in the Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Wildlife Park, right on the edge of Victoria Falls. As well as accommodation it provides a concierge service to help plan your time at the Falls and book any necessary additional excursions. The Royal Livingstone offers Victorian-styled luxury and comfort, with rich, dark woods complemented by simple colours and elegant patterned fabrics.

The pool area backs straight onto the Zambezi and the roar of the Falls, with its accompanying haze, drifts up from the mighty cataract just downstream. This makes for a fabulous spectacle when relaxing on the expansive riverside deck with a sundowner or aperitif, particularly as zebra, warthog and antelope regularly visit the manicured gardens to graze and provide some effortless game viewing opportunities. The main restaurant is grand and colonial, with the hotel aiming for a historic ambience reminiscent of the venerable Victoria Falls Hotel, across the border in Zimbabwe.
